Terms & Conditions

Reservation Policy

  • One night room rate plus applicable tax is charged as advance deposit at time of reservation.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy. $30 per person per night will be charged for extra persons ages 10 & over.
  • Most rooms have two persons maximum occupancy only. Certain rooms have extra sofa bed for additional persons. Please confirm number of persons & maximum occupancy for room of your choice.
  • Rates include our signature breakfast, early evening social hour with complementary glass of wine and home made chocolate chip cookies.
  • Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11:00pm Please call the Inn, (800) 372-3372 if your arrival time is later than 9pm to make arrangements.
  • There is one select dog-friendly Cottage. Must call the Inn directly at (800) 372-3372 to check availability and reserve this Cottage. There is $30 pet fee per night. Maximum 2 dogs, under 50lb each.
  • The entire property, including all rooms, is non-smoking.
  • All reservations, except non-refundable, are subject to 3-day cancellation policy. If reservations are cancelled 3 days prior to arrival, advance deposit less $10 processing fee will be refunded. If cancelled within 3 days arrival, advance deposit will be converted to a credit for future stay.
  • After check-in, any departure prior to the pre-scheduled departure date or no-show will result in a charge for the full stay
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
  • Guests are required to show photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
  • Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability.
  • Parking is available free of charge to all our registered guests both on site (limited) and on streets all around the Inn.
  • There may be minimum nights required on weekends & on special events/holidays. If you don't see room availability here, please call the Inn ((800) 372-3372 directly to check availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • All reservations, except Non-Refundable stays, are subject to 3-day cancellation policy.
    • One night room rate plus applicable tax is charged as advance deposit at time of reservation.
    • Advance deposit refunded, less $10 processing fee, for reservations canceled 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
    • Advance deposit will be converted to credit for future stay for reservations canceled within 3 days of scheduled arrival.
  • For all reservations after check-in, any departure prior to the pre-scheduled departure date will result in a charge for the full stay.
  • No shows will be charged for full stay.
  • Special Cancellation Policy for Concours d'Elegance
    • 30 days cancelation policy will be in effect for Concours d'Elegance
    • One night room rate plus tax charged for reservations cancelled 29-16 days prior to scheduled arrival date

Pet Policy

  • There are limited select dog-friendly rooms. Must call the Inn directly at (800) 372-3372 to check availability and reserve these rooms.
