In order to guarantee availability, we must require that the first night be prepaid on all reservations. If you prefer this be done by check or money order, we must receive your payment within ten days of the date that the reservation was established. Reservations established and not prepaid at this time will automatically be cancelled. We can precharge a credit card at the time the reservation is established (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express). All deposits will include the room rate plus city occupancy tax.
Although we can guarantee space and rate requirements only, we will make every attempt to honor specific requests.
On weekends, we have a two-night minimum stay requirement (either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday).
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
The Centrella Inn requires a deposit equivalent to one-night stay inclusive of applicable taxes and fees to guarantee a reservation at the time of booking. There is a charge of $20 per person per night for extra persons beyond double occupancy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits will be refunded, less 10 dollars, if the reservation is cancelled no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Reservations cancelled with less then 7 days notice will be charged for the full amount of the stay except for the days we are able to re-rent the room(s). After check-in, any departure prior to the pre-scheduled departure date will result in a charge for the full stay.
